GALETTES 

Our savoury galettes are made to an authentic Breton recipe with organic buckwheat flour (gluten free). The batter is made by a similar process to sourdough, and contains just flour salt and water. It produces a wonderful, nutty flavour. Galettes can be filled with a wide variety of ingredients such as ham, cheese, egg, roasted pepper, mushrooms and garlic pesto.
